HOA meeting voting
All voting will open on October 8th and will close at the HOA meeting.
We need you to VOTE!! Look for an email from Electionbuddy, the same as last year.
You will be voting on:
- Board of Directors
- By-law changes (see below)
- Favorable tax status
- Your proxy of attendance and representation for any topics that come up at the meeting

2018 Board of Directors Candidates
This year we will be voting for the following Board of Director positions.
Tim Miller, President and Steve Boheler, Chairman of Building and Grounds terms will expire
Leon Anziano, Vice President; Margaret Howell, Treasurer; and Rick Heiges, Secretary still have 1 more year on their term.
We have the following open positions:
2 – two year positions on the board of Directors
2 – 1 year positions as alternates (non-voting) positions on the Board of Directors

We will have an open call for all owners to meet and ask questions for the candidates on October 15 at 6:30 PM

HOA Meeting
The 2018 Waterpointe 1 Homeowners meeting will be October 27, 2018 from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm at the North Myrtle Beach Library.
The meeting will be in the room as you walk in on the left.
The address is: 910 1st Avenue south, North Myrtle Beach, SC
Directions: Take Hwy 17 north. Go past Beachwood golf course. Turn left on first avenue south. Just before the Hardees. The library is one block on the right across from the Farmers Market.
